Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@zenhvn.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
